When you give this prayer, you are talking to your guardian angel, renewing the tie. It is so important to do so, and you can pray to your guardian angel at any moment or hour of the day.
It doesn’t have to be formal. Just keep the channels of communication open and you will see how each day you will have a greater sensitivity to that presence who is with you always.
